I did download windows 10 and used "Parallel" that makes it much easier than bootcamp ( I got lost in the language of the IOS image... could not figure out what it was) and yes now I can play the Big Fish games again, too bad the old ones I had are now unusable because apparently Catalina has some kind of block that does not download the game manager.I hope either Apple or big Fish will figure out the problem and fix it.

I am using Norton 360 on Windows 10.When I try to install a PURCHASED game from my Purchase History in my Big Fish Games account, the Norton message says something like "bigfishgames_p286624737_s1.exe" is safe". The process is hit install from Big Fish Games, get safe message from Norton, open the download, not getting safe message from Norton, no download results. There have been work arounds through Big Fish in the past but not now. How do I fix settings in Norton so I can download games?
When down loading from Bigfishgames.com, the game did not download as mentioned in my previous review, HOWERVER, there was no issue downloading Big Fish Games through my PC's "Wild Tangent" app, I've downloaded a number of games and find them well worth their prices. Connecting with Wild Tangent's "technical support" is a different matter.

I got the lastest version of this came as love the other versions the other versions had no problems but this one freeze towards the end of the game all the time. I tried it 6 times and all i can get from big fish games is to update my graphics driver. Like why? I play all other big fish games with no problems so i advice not to buy this version of the series
This company is manipulating and profit oriented, they absolutely do not care about loyal customers, they are border line crooks, doing just enough to stay out of court, many people share my anger and hatred for big fish that's why they're being sued, to big fish you are sick greedy vermin,, I hate you all at big fish games
I've been a loyal customer for over 15 yrs and I've never had a problem until recently 2 of my games download but won't open to play it and my other 1 won't activate I've tried asking for help but everytime I do everything big fish says none will fix the problem THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THEY HAVE LIKE A TOLL FREE TECH NO. DON'T BOTHERThere are literally better gaming platforms to use like Xbox, Gamehouse, Gamesradar, Hiddenobjectsgames etc.Big Fish claims they upgraded for 2022 - but their platform hasn't. They're STILL showing troubleshoot pages for old Windows 98 and XP. Before you even reach the current Windows 10 or 11. I just lost 1990 credit points (equiv. 2 CE points) I could have used for another game purchase (my last) as the Cart just quit working. Nothing but 'sorry please come back later' errors when the checkout refreshed. My Windows 10 is a full-powered desktop/all updated-current. So that's not the issue. I looked on the support site for the manual download, and it was locked. No other answers. And barely an icon to file a useless ticket. I happily removed the payment from my account (oh yeah... and no option to unsubscribe or close your account anymore either)I am SO done with them.
Normally when I sign up to a website they send me lots of emails, messages, etc. Big fish games, on the other hand, sent me nothing at all, not even an email confirmation confirming my on line purchace, so imagine my surprise when I notice that they've been billing me for months for something I clicked on a while ago. It is buried in the TOC that when you buy a game you are actually signing up for a membership which includes monthly payments. So not so surprising at all that they didn't feel like reminding me about it. This is dishonest to say the least and very bad business practice. On a positive note, when I contacted the company about this and complained they refunded all my money immediately.
They put out a different version of games you have purchased to deceive you so you repurchase! Keep your receipts! They have tried doing this to me on more than several occasions! They are a big scam! Not a big fish! So sad it used to be a great company until they were sold. With everything going in the world... all the evil and corruption... I guess they fit right in!
